The winners of the semi-final matches will progress to the final, the losers will play-off for third place.

Teams who do not make the knockout stages of the tournament will play-off for an overall position in the final tournament table.

Therefore the team that finished fourth in Group A will play the team that finished fourth in Group B. Likewise the team that finished third in Group A will play the team that finished third in Group B.

Details of how the group system will work where teams are tied, the amount of points for a win etc will also be released shortly.
