Estonia clinched a tense last-over victory over the Czech Republic to lift the inaugural Carmel and District Cricket Club Invitational Twenty20 trophy and provide a fitting end to a week-long fiesta of international cricket.
The event was supported by the International Cricket Council and featured national representative teams from Estonia, Slovakia, Russia, Czech Republic and Croatia as well as Carmel & District Cricket Club, a Cricket Board of Wales XI and a Wisniewski XI who included players of Polish heritage.
